  • 175 g (3/4 cup) softened butter
  • 150 g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) milk
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. Cream softened butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

  5. Mix in half the milk followed by half the flour; repeat until just combined.
