Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 36 Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  3. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cocoa Rice Krispies and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and scoop the mixture into each cup, pressing down slightly.
  5. Use a round measuring spoon to hollow out the center of each nest.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  7. Once hardened, remove from the tin and place three Cadbury mini eggs in each nest.
