  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (divided)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof bowl, whisk together the orange jello powder and boiling water until dissolved. Let cool completely.
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining with parchment paper.
  3. Combine Graham Cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional orange zest until stiff peaks form; fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the cooled jello mixture.
  7. Layer spoonfuls of both mixtures into the prepared crust and swirl gently with a knife. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Once set, remove from springform pan, garnish as desired, slice, and serve.
