- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 4–6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 6 cups low-sodium beef broth
- Fresh herbs (basil, oregano, parsley)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the sausage with chopped onions for about 4 minutes.
