Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- 1 pound boneless rib-eye steak (sliced or chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Sauté the chopped green bell pepper and onion in melted butter over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Remove the vegetables and cook the rib-eye steak in the same pan with salt and pepper for another 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables back into the pan with the cooked steak.

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
