- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 oz pepperoni (plus extra for topping)
- 36 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with Italian seasoning and garlic powder until cooked through; drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, chopped pepperoni (reserve some for topping), diced bell pepper, diced onion, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese; mix well.
