Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar substitute
- 1 large egg (or flax egg for eggless option)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar substitute, egg, and protein powder until smooth.
- Form the mixture into 12 balls and place them on the lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
