  • 4 cups shredded beef birria
  • 2 cups birria broth (consomé)
  • 16 thick corn tortillas
  • 1 pound Oaxaca cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Prepare your beef birria using your preferred recipe. Keep the meat warm and reserve the broth.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
