  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1012 drops Wilton red food coloring (adjust for desired shade)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar until fully combined.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and white vinegar; stir until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in flour along with red food coloring until combined.
  5. Mix in half of the white chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared pan. Top with remaining chips.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool for at least an hour before slicing into squares.
