Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp water
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- ¼ tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ cup blueberries (optional)
Instructions
- For the red layer: Blend raspberries with maple syrup and water until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
- For the white layer: Blend coconut milk with maple syrup until smooth. Add on top of the red layer in molds and freeze for 2 hours.
- For the blue layer: Blend coconut milk with blue spirulina and maple syrup until smooth. Pour over the white layer, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 5 hours.
- To serve: Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release popsicles.
