Instructions
- Cut the stems off the cabbage heads and halve each head. Slice each half into thick steaks (¾ to 1 inch thick) to get four slices from each head.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cabbage steaks on the baking sheet, making sure they have space between them.
- Brush each steak generously with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Flip each steak over, brush with more oil, and add additional seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 25 minutes until browned on the edges and tender in the center.
