  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cooked edamame
  • ½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon filets dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt. Reserve some marinade.
  3. Toss salmon cubes in the marinade and let sit for at least 3 minutes.
