  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for cheesecake)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (for cheesecake)
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves (for cheesecake)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for crumble)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold salted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Cook sliced apples with butter, sugar, and spices until tender; thicken if needed.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust; bake for 10 minutes.
