Description

Shrimp Balls are a mouthwatering appetizer that combines succulent shrimp with fresh herbs and spices, all enveloped in a crispy coating. Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until coarsely ground. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, beaten egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the balls in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving.
