  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter (plus extra to grease the pan)
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Boil water in a large pot, adding salt and Old Bay seasoning. Cook shrimp for about 30 seconds until opaque, then strain and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
