  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for searing, optional)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season beef cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Optional: Sear in olive oil until browned.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Combine beef and potatoes in the slow cooker; pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
