  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, for searing (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (for potatoes)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (for potatoes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. (Optional) Sear the seasoned beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides.
  4. Place the beef in your slow cooker and add the halved potatoes on top.
