  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
  3. Add sliced smoked sausage, diced onion, and bell pepper; mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
