  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 23 milk chocolate candy bars (broken into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract, mixing well. Gradually add dry ingredients until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, drop balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 6-7 minutes until edges start to set but centers are soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and press mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces into each cookie. Return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
