  • 1/2 cup sourdough discard
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • garlic powder
  • dried parsley
  • dried oregano
  • Italian seasoning
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Mix in garlic salt, olive oil, and sourdough discard. Gradually add flour until smooth (about 4 minutes).
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  4. Roll out on a floured surface into a rectangle; transfer to a greased baking sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasonings and cheeses.
  6. Let it rise again for 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
