- 6 cups cornbread, cubed (homemade or store-bought)
- 6 cups Italian bread, cubed

- 4 stalks celery, diced

- 2–3 cups fat-free chicken stock
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cube the cornbread and Italian bread; let them dry out overnight or lightly bake them at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
- In a sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat and cook diced onion and celery for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dried bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, chicken stock, parsley, seasoning, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly.
