  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sambal oelek
  • 4 teaspoons red curry paste
  • 1 cup thinly sliced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger

Instructions
