- 5 tablespoons soy sauce (total)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
Instructions
- Marinate the steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
