- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Chill the dough for at least one hour to prevent spreading.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are set. Let cool slightly before pressing a chocolate kiss into each cookie.
