  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups Crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (for crust)
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (for filling)
  • 8 oz Whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 lb Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the Strawberry Jello in boiling water and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan; mix with crushed pretzels and sugar.
  4. Press the pretzel mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan and bake for 10 minutes; allow to cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; gently fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes; then combine sliced strawberries with cooled jello and pour over the cream layer.
  8. Chill for 2-3 hours until set before serving.
