  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels
  • 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; set aside to cool.
  2. Crush pretzels in a Ziploc bag. Melt butter, mix with sugar and pretzels, then press into a 13×9 dish. Bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Stir sliced strawberries into cooled Jell-O; pour over cream cheese layer.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
