- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; set aside to cool.
- Crush pretzels in a Ziploc bag. Melt butter, mix with sugar and pretzels, then press into a 13×9 dish. Bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
- Stir sliced strawberries into cooled Jell-O; pour over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
