- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
- 6 oz. strawberry gelatin
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix in Greek yogurt, blueberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream until smooth; pour over the crust.
- For the red layer, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; mix in iced water and gently fold in sliced strawberries before pouring over the blue layer.
