Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (168 grams)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (105 grams)
- 1/2 cup white sugar (100 grams)
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (188 grams)
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 oz dark chocolate (170 grams)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Mix in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour until combined.
- Spread half of the cookie dough in the prepared pan, layer with Oreo cookies, then pour brownie batter made by melting butter and dark chocolate together with sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and salt over the Oreos.
