Ingredients

- 2 quarts filtered water
- 6 tea bags (Luzianne preferred)
- 12 cups seeded watermelon chunks
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar and filtered water. Bring to a boil over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
- In batches, blend watermelon chunks with lime juice until smooth. Strain to remove pulp and pour juice into a gallon-sized pitcher.
- Remove tea bags from the saucepan and pour brewed tea into the pitcher with watermelon juice. Stir well and serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
