  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high until pale (about 5 minutes). Add melted butter and oil; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients; mix on low until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
