Ingredients
- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding
- 2.5 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 3 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and pudding mixes until well blended. Gradually add cold milk until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip, reserving about half a cup for later use.
- Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan. Layer five graham crackers across the center and add two more on top if needed.
- Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries on top.
