Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
- Place the steaks on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak and evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and roast for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Flip each steak and roast until golden brown, about another 6 to 8 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
