Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh spinach (or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and rinse.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, chopped spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place seam-side up in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
