- ½ teaspoon browning sauce (optional)
- Fresh chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim any woody stems.
- 2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter until melted.
- 3. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with kosher salt; cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes until seared.
