Ingredients
- 2.5–3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium onion
- 8–10 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
