  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 810 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice potatoes into 1/8-inch rounds and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter; sauté diced onion and garlic until soft. Stir in flour, then gradually add milk and chicken broth; cook until thickened.
